For those interested, I will likely be releasing another chapter of Slime Emperor later on today.

Also, I finally found a little extra inspiration to write a chapter for DSoF. Once I get on a roll and write a few chapters I will begin posting. I’m hoping to have a clear idea for where I want to go with that story by the end of the month. If I do I can begin posting chapters left and right and get the story off the ground!

I am also considering beginning to release 5 chapters a week. Originally I settled on three chapters but very quickly released it was demoralizing to slow down my pace so much from 7-8 chapters a week. I do feel like the writing is easier and to some degree better… I at least think I am correcting more of my typos at least (for the most part). Therefore I switched it to 4 chapters a week after just one week.

Now I’m beginning to think I should perhaps change it to 5 chapters a week. Increase the pace just a bit more…

I started writing a new story a few days ago. I wanted to try my hand at writing something a bit more light hearted.

The name is: Slime Emperor – Slime Emperor Chapter 1 – Jackson & Laurel

First chapter has been released today. I made a separate page for anyone who wants to check out the synopsis. I’ll probably write or release a chapter here and there when the fancy strikes, my main focus will continue to be God’s Trials.

On that note, no GT Chapter today, next chapter will be released tomorrow.

Also, in other news. I have another novel I will be releasing the first chapters of later in the week. I wanted to try my hand at writing something with a more light hearted feel to it. I started today and I’ll post some chapters once I’ve posted the regular four chapters of GT.

I’ve also removed the welcome post as a sticky. It seems it was too inconvenient for a lot of people. I’ll figure out what to do with it later on, as for now it’s just back to normal and at the bottom of the pile.

First off I am excited to have received my first donation towards a sponsored chapter! Thank you (You know who you are).

I’ve decided after this first week of having the website up and running that I will not be posting only 3 chapters a week. If I do that I think I’ll get too lazy in the long run and lose motivation as I write (or don’t) so I will keep up a pace of 4 chapters a week. The fourth coming whenever (no set time for the 4th chapter) with regular releases for the other 3 chapters and sponsored chapters coming in as the queue is filled. 🙂
